We are hiring Homecare Nurses provides medical and personal care to patients in their homes. They assess patient needs, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on medical needs.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and patient progress, reporting any changes.
• Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
