Description:

Orient Lighting, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing lighting brands, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – Distribution to drive nationwide revenue growth, expand market coverage, and lead a high-performance sales team. This is a senior-level role that requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in distribution sales.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and implement national sales and distribution strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets
✔ Build, lead, and mentor a team of regional sales executives and area managers
✔ Identify, appoint, and manage distributors in key regions across Pakistan
✔ Monitor sales performance and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed
✔ Conduct market intelligence gathering and analyze competitor strategies & trends
✔ Ensure nationwide coverage and effective channel development for lighting products
✔ Work closely with the Director to align execution with company-wide sales goals
✔ Perform regular field visits to evaluate market potential and drive performance

Requirements:

7–10 years of experience in sales & distribution (lighting, electrical, or related industry preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of distribution sales models across regional markets
✔ Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and achieving aggressive targets
Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan
