Regional Sales Manager

 

Description:

Transsion is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager for the South Region to lead feature phone sales operations. The candidate will oversee regional sales activities, manage teams, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage regional sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and management of sales representatives.
  • Direct and coordinate sales activities locally and regionally.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.
  • Advise distributors and dealers on company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Represent the organization to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Make data-informed decisions to optimize performance and allocate resources effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Define and execute territory sales plans, identifying new sales opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Set sales quotas and goals, and monitor team performance.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience: 3-4 years in feature phone sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
