Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead sales operations of the region to achieve sales and recovery targets.
  • Execute product sales plans to reach sales targets in the region.
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with customers through regular visits, understand their requirements, and anticipate new business opportunities.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.
  • Customize the sales strategy for strategic clients and segments, oversee & support the launch of new sales programs and processes at the initial point of customer interface, including the generation of new business leads.
  • Keep a close eye on market trends and propose aggressive business strategies / plans.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing from a reputed University.
  • Minimum 12 years’ Experience of Sales & Marketing in B2B business.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Result-oriented & demonstrate a “Can Do Attitude.
