Description:
The job holder will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets for our real estate projects. In addition to that, the employee will be managing various stakeholders (Internal & External), develop sales plans, and implement effective Sales and Marketing strategies to maximize sales opportunities. The employee will be liaising with the inter-company departments and effectively managing sales teams and relevant stakeholders in a competitive environment to generate revenue.
What is your Role:
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective sales campaigns and seamless execution of projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry knowledge, market conditions, and real estate regulations.
• Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture, motivating team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
• Set goals and motivate your agents to surpass them
• Source new leads for your team/investment Advisors by identifying investors with property & investment needs.
• Provide support on B2B2C.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key potential clients and stakeholders.
• Leading negotiations of the team members with clients and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company
• Revenue generation by virtue of internal & external project sales targets
• Securing a project sales deal by advertising, marketing, promoting, preparing and presenting project offerings & proposals to clients to convince them.
• Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to benchmark and stay ahead from competition for successful closings.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate product & market knowledge particularly in project sales field.
What do you Required?
Education: Masters
Experience: 10+ Years of experience in MNCs, Banking, Telecom and FMCGs
Location: Must be a resident of Multan and have a good understanding of the local dynamics of Multan Region
