Recruitment Specialist

 

Description:

This is a contract hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist position at GKHAIR. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings,screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Lead the development of job descriptions and interview questions
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Assiting with payrolls if needed
  • Ability to effectively evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Best utilization of company resources and tools i.e. Job Boards, LinkedIn, indeed, Brightspyre, Rozee.
  • Matching candidates to vacancies.
  • Familiar with different ATS
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
  • Headhunting and sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards and social media

 

Qualifications

  • Good English
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiter
  • Payrolls
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tasks
