We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hiring Specialist with excellent English communication to join our HR Team. As a Hiring Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to help drive the organization’s success. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, looking to grow their career in recruitment, and human resources.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of various job posting platforms/tools used in the USA to advertise open roles on various channels including job boards, professional social networks, and our careers page.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, and screening resumes.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Write and post job descriptions that clearly and accurately describe the role and qualifications.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Perform other duties as per the requirements of the organization.
Required Abilities and Skills:
- 1 – 2 years of experience as a Hiring Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role in the U.S. industry.
- O’Level and A’Level candidates are highly desirable or someone with C1 level English certificate from ILETS in Listening, Writing, and Speaking
- Excellent communication skills in English (American accent), both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Well-developed time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinking abilities regarding workforce planning.
- The ability to adapt to the immediate needs of the company and its employees.
- The ability to delegate and prioritize tasks when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace tools.
