Join Dave’s Pest Control as a Recruitment Specialist. Here you will play a significant role in brining in more talent for the company. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates for our company. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and your ability to identify the best candidates will contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find potential candidates for open positions.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening via phone calls, and schedule interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Ability to manage the applications received from various portals, i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Arrange Interviews with the Hiring Managers and coordinate a suitable time for the Interviews after consulting Managers and Candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings, fostering a strong talent pool.
- Keep oneself updated for market/industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or Related Field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to build maintain professional relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Thoroughness in reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and documenting candidate information accurately.
- 1-2 Years’ Experience in Recruitment.
