Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Blue Collar Staff Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting blue-collar workers and a proven track record in bulk hiring.

Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for blue-collar positions such as technicians, drivers, laborers, and other operational roles.

- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the roles.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for blue-collar positions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruiting blue-collar staff, preferably in bulk hiring situations.

- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools to attract candidates.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to blue-collar workers.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
