- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
Candidate should have experience on C-level Position &
Technical, Non-Technical Recruitment
- Prepare JDs for newly created positions in consultation with concerned Head of Departments
- Preparing job advertisements and placing them on relevant sources.
- Screening and Short-listing candidates.
Requirements:
Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR 02 year of core Recruitment/Talent Acquisition related experience
Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruiting
