Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in blue collar bulk hiring. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring a large volume of blue-collar workers across various industries. As a Blue Collar Bulk Hiring Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract blue-collar candidates for bulk hiring.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and local community resources.
  • Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure they meet the requirements of the positions.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for blue collar roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Manage and maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as job agencies and vocational training centers, to expand the talent pool.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in blue collar recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on blue collar bulk hiring.
  • Proven track record in successfully filling high-volume blue collar positions within tight deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to blue collar hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
