✔ Graduation in Human Resources.
✔ Expertise in managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
✔ Strong skills in optimizing job descriptions to attract top talent.
✔ Proficient in sourcing candidates through internal databases, WhatsApp Business, social media, and platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
