Recruitment Consultant

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be interacting with new clients offering our service and keeping steady business relationship with our existing clients within the health and social care industry. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of the recruitment process.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Regularly engaging with clients to understand their staffing needs and expectations.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between the agency and the client.

Client Retention and Growth:

  • Developing strategies to retain existing clients and increase client satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling additional services, such as expanding from permanent staffing to additional recruitment solutions.

Client Consultation:

  • Advising clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and candidate availability.
  • Understanding client requirements in detail to ensure effective and tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Providing insights on industry standards, salary benchmarks, and role expectations.

Problem Resolution:

  • Addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the recruitment process, such as misalignment of expectations, service issues, or candidate concerns.
  • Ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution to client problems to maintain strong relationships.

Account Management:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring all service agreements and contracts are adhered to.
  • Tracking performance metrics, such as fill rates, time-to-hire, and client satisfaction levels.
  • Preparing regular reports on client activity and performance.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

  • Collaborating with recruitment consultants to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Ensuring that recruitment campaigns align with client goals and timelines.
  • Communicating client feedback and performance data to relevant teams to improve service delivery.

Client Presentations and Proposals:

  • Preparing and presenting tailored proposals, presentations, and agreements to clients.
  • Conducting review meetings with clients to assess ongoing needs and performance.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes that could impact client needs.
  • Leveraging this knowledge to advise clients effectively and position the agency as a trusted partner.

 

 

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Previous experience in recruitment desirable

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
