We are currently seeking an experienced Headhunter -Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Role requirements:

• Use multiple sourcing tools to target agents, especially headhunting with a high volume of outbound calls
• Manage the hiring process - source, screen, interview, hire, onboard and follow up with new candidates
• Maintain database of prospects, clear records of applicants, their interviews, etc
• Searching for suitable prospects on LinkedIn
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Write job descriptions and advertise roles for various departments
• Working hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.

Skills and professional requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment
• Exceptional headhunting, negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent knowledge of various candidate sourcing methods
• Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
• Proactive and positive with a "can-do" attitude
