Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and handle bulk recruitment with a focus on end-to-end hiring processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment, utilizing job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator for active and passive hiring, and efficiently handling initial candidate interviews. You will need to be proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse or Freshteam, and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of dedicated recruitment experience and a proven track record in both active and passive candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bulk Recruitment: Manage high-volume recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete hiring process from job posting to candidate selection.
• Job Boards & LinkedIn: Utilize job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator to find and attract candidates.
• Active & Passive Hiring: Conduct both active recruitment and passive headhunting to identify top talent.
• ATS Management: Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse or Freshteam to track and manage candidates.
• Initial Interviews: Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to ensure they meet job requirements.
• Communication: Maintain excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (not HR).
• Proven experience with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Freshteam.
• Strong headhunting skills for passive recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
