MS9 Consulting Private Limited, a Recruitment and HR Consulting firm based in Islamabad is looking for a contractual Recruiter position, Monthly Salary PKR 40k + Commission. We are a new startup therefore, we require a passionate candidate who is ready to roll up sleeves and facilitate in setting up and building our recruitment business. We do offer hybrid work setting with flexible and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Engaging in end-to-end Recruitment activities to source top talent, in particular tech talent, through best sourcing channels and methods
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Writing compelling and customized Job descriptions, filtering and screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and doing reference checks as required
- Meeting and exceeding set monthly/quarterly/annually Recruitment placement targets
- Developing and delivering persuasive and analytic Recruitment pitch deck and reporting presentations
- Developing and managing a database of potential talent in the middle management and executive roles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Atleast 1-3 work experience with 360 Recruitment agency and Executive Search headhunting is a must
- Excellent Communication and Relationship Building skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strategic Business Acumen and in-depth knowledge of diverse sectors/industries
- Ability to work independently and multitasking
- Strong Work Ethics and ability to maintain Confidentiality at all times
- Effective Graphic Designing and IT Skills are desirable
- Technical Recruitment experience is desirable
