Recovery Officer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit & Collection Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's credit and collection processes, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts

- Process payments and resolve payment discrepancies

- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and payments

- Negotiate payment plans and settlements as needed

- Meet monthly collection targets and goals

- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve credit and collection issues

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in credit and collection or related field

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
