Description:

Boulevard Holdings a California, USA-based Group of Companies is looking to hire a skilled Business Development Representative for handling customer queries and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

 

· Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including but not limited to outbound calls, emails, social media, and research.

· Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and gather information on industry trends.

 

2. Lead Qualification:

 

· Evaluate and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.

· Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.

 

Communication:

· Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media.

· Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.

 

Sales Collaboration:

· Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide them with comprehensive information for further engagement

· Maintain open lines of communication with sales representatives to ensure seamless lead handovers

 

 

Continuous Learning:

· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to contribute valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.

· Continuously develop product knowledge and understand the unique selling points of our offerings.

 

Goal Achievement:

· Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation.

· Contribute to the overall sales pipeline and revenue goals of the organization.

 

Qualifications:

 

· Bachelor's degree

· Proven experience of 1+ years as a Business Development Representative or similar role.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
