Crown Group of Companies is currently looking for talented and motivated candidates for the position of
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐄: Receptionist Cum Office Assistant.
𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Distributing, and Dispatching Daily Envelopes: Collecting incoming mail, sorting it, and distributing it to the appropriate recipients and also, preparing outgoing mail for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate the scheduling and availability of meeting rooms, update calendars, and assist in setting up equipment or amenities required for meetings.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the executive team.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist the Director’s Assistant where needed.
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
- Intermediate or Graduate; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
