HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist for one of its clients in the pharmaceutical industry. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who excel in managing front desk operations and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
