Description:
1- Oversee and administrate daily operations.
2- Organize and facilitate meeting, conferences and other events.
3- Coordinate the resolution of individual problems and disputes involving employees, customers/ vendors.
4- Assist in the coordination, supervision and completion of administration.
5- Ability to display effective multi - tasking and time management skills.
6- Ability to assist Management to early and effective resolution of Admin matters.
7- Ability to manage vendor contracts and coordinates purchases to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.
8- Ability to manage front desk on daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
