Real Estate Financial Analyst

ConnectX Services, a leading Business Process Outsourcing company specializing in property management solutions for UK firms, is looking for an experienced Real Estate Financial Analyst. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate market trends, financial modeling, feasibility studies, and investment analysis to support clients in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct in-depth market research on commercial real estate trends, rental rates, and occupancy levels.
✔ Analyze financial viability of real estate projects, including ROI, NPV, and IRR calculations.
✔ Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
✔ Assist in financial modeling and projections for real estate investments using Excel, Argus, or similar tools.
✔ Assess legal, regulatory, and zoning requirements related to property transactions.
✔ Monitor key market indicators such as vacancy rates, rental yields, and property values.
✔ Prepare investor presentations, reports, and market analysis.
✔ Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures.
✔ Support senior analysts in identifying new investment and development opportunities.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
✔ 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis, market research, or financial modeling.
✔ Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, Argus, REFM, CoStar).
✔ Experience in feasibility studies and investment proposal development.
✔ Strong understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of real estate.
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
✔ Strong communication skills to present complex financial data effectively.
