Responsibilities

● Communicating with clients to understand their Investment Appetite to pitch real estate investment opportunities mostly through cold calling

● Planning and developing strategies for effectively pitching real estate investment opportunities to buyers & investors in USA region

● Negotiating with clients to close a deal

● Presenting profitable property proposals to clients.

● Securing a fruitful relationship with potential buyers/investors

● Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale

● Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM

● Reply quickly to all client requests for information

● Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients

● Investment property lead generation & follow-up

● Listing appointments and tracking conversions

● Investment property buyer sales

● Close appointments and Deals

● Sales scripts mastery
