Description:

ConnectX Services, a Business Process Outsourcing company specializing in real estate solutions for UK property management firms, is looking for an experienced Real Estate Analyst. The selected candidate will support real estate research, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and market evaluations for UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on commercial real estate markets, rental trends, property valuations, and supply-demand dynamics.
✔ Financial Analysis: Perform cash flow analysis, ROI (Return on Investment), NPV (Net Present Value), and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) assessments for real estate investments.
✔ Feasibility Studies & Investment Proposals: Develop business cases, feasibility reports, and strategic investment proposals for potential acquisitions and projects.
✔ Financial Modeling: Utilize Excel, Argus, and other industry-standard tools to create detailed financial projections.
✔ Regulatory & Compliance Review: Assess legal, regulatory, and zoning requirements for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and project management teams to align transactions with business objectives.
✔ Market Reporting: Monitor and report key real estate indicators, such as property prices, vacancy rates, and rental yields, to inform investment strategy.
✔ Investor Support: Assist in preparing investor presentations, reports, and market documentation.
✔ Due Diligence: Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures, ensuring thorough financial and legal analysis.
✔ Opportunity Identification: Assist senior analysts in identifying new investment opportunities and portfolio expansion strategies.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
✅ 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis, market research, or property investment.
✅ Strong financial modeling and feasibility analysis skills (Excel, Argus, REFM, CoStar).
✅ Deep understanding of real estate legal, regulatory, and zoning aspects.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor presentations and reports.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
