Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client inquiries and provide detailed information about our premium high-rise apartment project.
- Effectively showcase the project’s features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the project’s overall success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Proven track record of successful sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of the Bahria Town, Lahore real estate market (preferred).
- Professional and presentable demeanor.
