React Native Developer

SiliconNexus, a rapidly growing technology company specializing in Embedded Systems, Blockchain, AI/ML, and Web & Mobile Application Development, is looking for a React Native Developer to join its dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, user-friendly applications.

As a React Native Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, coding, testing, and deploying mobile applications, ensuring top-notch performance, and staying up to date with emerging mobile development trends.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Mobile App Development – Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
✔ Clean & Efficient Code – Write reusable, scalable, and efficient code that meets industry best practices.
✔ Third-Party Integration – Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and external services to enhance app functionality.
✔ UI/UX Implementation – Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and modern user interfaces.
✔ Performance Optimization – Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
✔ Debugging & Issue Resolution – Identify and fix bugs, ensuring seamless performance across various devices.
✔ Collaboration with Backend Developers – Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and backend services.
✔ Agile Development Participation – Actively engage in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
✔ Code Review & Feedback – Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers to maintain high code quality.
✔ Continuous Learning – Stay updated with emerging mobile development trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
✅ 1-3 years of proven experience as a React Native Developer.
✅ Strong JavaScript proficiency, including knowledge of the DOM and JavaScript object model.
✅ Experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
✅ Expertise in building and deploying mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
✅ Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries (e.g., Firebase).
✅ Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
✅ Experience with version control tools like Git.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment.

Preferred Skills:

✔ Native Development Experience – Familiarity with Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
✔ CI/CD Pipelines – Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
✔ Testing Frameworks – Experience with Jest, Mocha, or other testing tools.
✔ Agile Development Experience – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, etc..
