Career Corner is seeking a highly skilled & experienced 𝐑&𝐃 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 - 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 for their client who is an expert in software application solutions, IT consultancy & outsourcing services; who will be responsible for leading R&D initiatives, driving innovation, & proactively leading a team of software engineers

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 1 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· Lead & oversee the R&D efforts, aligning with the strategic goals & objectives
· Foster a culture of innovation & critical thinking, encourage creative problem-solving & exploration of new technologies
· Collaborate with managers & engineers to understand business requirements & drive research-based solutions
· Conduct thorough research & analysis to identify opportunities for innovation solutions based on emerging technologies
· Lead & manage a team, provide guidance, support, & mentorship
· Set clear expectations; assign tasks, monitor & report progress to ensure timely & high-quality delivery
· Utilize strong technical background to provide technical leadership & guidance
· Drive the design, development, & implementation of cutting-edge software systems & architectures
· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in software development, research methodologies, & emerging technologies
· Providing regular updates on R&D initiatives, progress, & challenges with internal & external stakeholders
· Proactively coordinate with solutions teams & initiate R&D for any required functionalities, features, technologies & platform upgrades

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
Minimum Bachelors in CS, IT or SE with at least 8 years of experience in software development & R&D in a IT Tech industry, with minimum 5 years of experience in a team lead or managerial role

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· Knowledge of .NET frameworks, AI, ML, & LLM
· Hands-on experience with system design & architecture & cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
· Experience with Microservices & Containers, & Agile/Scrum Methodologies
· Experience with Power BI, Dashboards & Reports Development & DWH
· Strong technical background with expertise in modern software development languages, frameworks, & tools & latest industrial trends
· Proven experience in leading & managing software development teams.
· Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
