Raw Material Inventory Section Head

Description:

1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize overstocking or stockouts.

2. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock quantities.

3. Oversee the proper storage and organization of products in the warehouse

4. Implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and reduce excess stock.

5. Ensure products are correctly labeled, stored, and easily accessible to avoid inefficiencies.

6. Monitor the condition of inventory and ensure proper handling to minimize damage or spoilage.

7. Promote and enforce safety protocols in handling, storing, and distributing inventory.

8. Supervise and manage inventory staff, ensuring they are trained in proper inventory procedures.

9. Provide leadership to the team, bring a collaborative environment for achieving inventory management goals.

10. Maintain and manage accurate records of inventory transactions.

11. Regularly track and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

12. Identify opportunities to reduce inventory costs and improve stock rotation.

13. Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to senior management.

14. Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.

Qualification: BSc. MSc Supply Chain

Experience: 7 to 10 Years
