RF Optimisation Engineer with a strong experience with multiple vendors, such as 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 Nokia. 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝟒𝐆, 𝐕𝐨𝐋𝐓𝐄 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟓𝐆.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐛:

1. Technical knowledge, understanding, and experience of the mobile radio access network - 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G.

2. Understanding of the complex interaction between RAN Design and Capacity.

3. Support RAN Optimisation and RF Tools.

4. Understand RAN site design such as Hardware and Software.

5. Understand RAN Performance/Optimisation and Planning activities, 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G.

6. Experience with micro and small cell nominal and final RF designs including RF KPIs.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:

1. Validate the requirements for the new design or feature

2. Plan the rollout

3. Escalate issues to Vendors

4. Trial exit

5. Provide weekly reports on performance of the trial

6. Good Knowledge on LTE, VOLTE, 5G RF optimization.

7. Hands on Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei equipment.

8. Worked on network improvement and optimization tasks.

9. L3 messages analysis and can perform analysis and recommend parameter changes for network.

10. Troubleshoot multi-technology 3G/LTE/Volte/5G.

11. Worked on TDD, FDD and multiband network and Vendor management skills.

12. Analyse Drive test logs including L3 messages for customer complaints or others.

13. Troubleshoot with creativity and different approaches for severe, undefined problems in networks and propose suitable resolving solutions.

14. RF optimisation and performance analysis, parameters, KPI analysis (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G)

15. Perform BAU performance analysis for assigned areas/polygon (all technologies).

16. Weekly performance (KPI) report of area assigned, analyse top offenders, top droppers, customer experience report and Root cause analytics.

17. Capacity management & optimization, as per requirement.

18. Defining the reporting capability for Service and Resource KPIs to monitor, manage and proactively improve the Customer Experience - performance reports and dashboards, as per requirement.
