Description:
We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in RF systems and technology. You will be responsible for the design, optimization, and maintenance of RF networks and systems to support our operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize RF systems, including radio frequencies, antennas, and wireless communication technologies.
- Perform RF network planning, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct testing, analysis, and debugging of RF circuits and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance.
- Work on RF testing equipment such as spectrum analysers, network analysers, and signal generators.
- Optimize RF performance by analysing and improving network coverage and capacity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in RF engineering, design, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of RF systems, antennas, and propagation.
- Proficiency in RF simulation and testing tools (e.g., RF planning software, network analysers).
- Experience with RF circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in wireless communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
