Intermediate / Fresh Training Quantity Surveyor Required:

· Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements, Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors, Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents, Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required, Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets, Traveling from the office to various sites as required, Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure their proposals will work, Prepare and analyze project costing for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time, Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their work at all stages of the construction, Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction, Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work, Advise on a procurement strategy, Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes, Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
