BPO Quality Evaluator (Vietnamese Language) - Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate Calls and digital interactions.
- Implement strategies to enhance the quality of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to enhance the performance of agents.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in quality monitoring, preferably handling international clients.
- Excellent Spanish and English communication.
