Description:
We are looking for a Quality Control Executive to join our Karachi team. This role is responsible for ensuring service excellence and maintaining quality standards across customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
2- Monitor calls and email interactions to evaluate service quality.
3- Identify recurring customer complaints and work to minimize them.
4- Investigate service issues and coordinate with teams for resolution.
5- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
6- Gather customer feedback and implement service improvements.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (Fresh & experienced graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Excellent email writing and drafting abilities
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
