Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Specialist with expertise in chargebacks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of chargeback processes, including dispute management and resolution, and will be responsible for ensuring that our chargeback handling processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chargeback Analysis: Review and analyze chargeback cases to identify patterns, root causes, and areas for process improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure that chargeback processing systems and procedures are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to chargeback workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency, reducing the frequency of chargebacks.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of chargeback procedures, system changes, and quality assurance testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, customer service, and compliance teams to address chargeback issues and ensure alignment with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on chargeback trends, system performance, and quality metrics to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure that chargeback processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a QA role with a focus on chargebacks or related financial processes.
