Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Spantronics Rawalpindi location. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality control and quality assurance checks, managing quality processes, conducting quality audits.
Campaigns: FE/ACA/Medicare/Solar.
Monitor and assess the quality of work executed by Sales Associate through real-time monitoring and
the utilization of call recording systems and other applications.
Identify areas for training improvement and communicate these requirements to the training
department as necessary.
Furnish constructive feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
Collaborate closely with the QA Manager to proactively anticipate training necessities, client
specifications, and the seamless commencement of plans.
Keep track of employee performance to discern patterns and ensure alignment with sales and
performance objectives.
Ensure call center staff furnish comprehensive and accurate information to callers.
Offer guidance to telemarketers by actively supervising calls and conducting regular help
sessions on a daily and weekly basis.
Lead quality enhancement initiatives by enforcing compliance with quality assurance policies
and procedures, formulating novel models, and executing necessary modifications. Proficient in attentive listening and adept at solving problems effectively.
Requirements:
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong presentation
abilities.
Previous experience in an Outbound Call Center role is a prerequisite.
Prior experience as a Quality Assurance Executive is mandatory.
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and
professionalism.
Exceptional mastery of MS-Excel, including skills in statistical analysis, creating graphs, and
utilizing VLOOKUP.
Exemplary interpersonal communication skills, fostering effective verbal and written
interactions.
Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
