Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' experience in call center management.
  • Knowledge of call center technologies and software.
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations and quality assurance processes.
  • Above-average reporting and clerical skills required.
  • Strong presentation skills essential.
  • Able to work at Night Shift(7pm to 4am)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and training to call center agents to enhance their performance.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on QA metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve quality-related issues.
