Qshe Coordinator

Description:

Raaziq is looking for a qualified QSHE Coordinator to ensure the achievement of site safety targets, conduct risk assessments, and support safety audits. The role involves monitoring safety indicators, preparing safety performance reports, and assisting with warehouse safety audits. The candidate will also manage safety protocols, ensure vehicle inspections, and review emergency response plans. This position is essential for ensuring the safety of the site and the proper implementation of safety procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% achievement of site safety leading and lagging indicators targets as defined in LogiSafe, including reporting of Hazards, SBOs, Near Miss, Incidents.

• Perform risk assessment of the site as per defined procedure and review/maintain it quarterly.

• Prepare monthly site safety performance reports as per UPL agenda.

• Assist DC Manager in conducting internal safety audits (MMR/MMS) and assist the site in addressing gaps identified in warehouse safety audits.

• Update route journey management plan (JMP) based on driver feedback and share with UPL safety team for review.

• Ensure effective implementation of developed safety SOPs, Guidelines, and Standards and conduct training sessions.

• Ensure the updated Emergency Response Team (ERT) display at the site and review/update the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) quarterly.

• Track CAPA (Actions) from various input sources in LogiSafe and ensure timely closure of actions.

• Ensure 100% vehicle inspection of reporting vehicles on LogiSafe and conduct weekly recon audits for compliance verification.
