Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QHSE Professional with hands-on experience in the Telecom sector to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are maintained across all site operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Risk Assessment, Work at Height Safety, and Electrical Safety Protocols, along with the ability to manage audits and inspections while effectively collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and implement preventive safety protocols

• Ensure compliance with Work at Height, Electrical Safety, and Environmental standards

• Perform onsite inspections of materials, telecom cabinets, and installation processes

• Conduct QHSE audits and generate reports based on site evaluations

• Manage both internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively in English

• Handle onsite documentation and safety logs for compliance purposes

• Monitor environmental impact and help integrate sustainable practices into telecom operations

• Support the project team with problem-solving, adaptability, and maintaining a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Education: B.E or DAE in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• Certifications: Must possess NEBOSH, IOSH, and OSHA certifications

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of QHSE protocols, especially within the telecom sector

• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in onsite documentation, audit practices, and safety enforcement

• High level of adaptability, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset
