We are in search of a full-time QA WordPress plugin tester to join the Wooninjas team. Your role will involve manual and automated testing, innovative, and captivating new features and functionalities.
Basic Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the same field.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Profound expertise in WordPress.
- Experience with remote work or a strong enthusiasm for remote job opportunities.

Common responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop and implement automated test scripts and test cases for WordPress-based projects.
- Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify bugs.
- Perform unit and regression testing.
- Document test cases, test data, and test results.
- Proficiency in configuring WordPress plugins and themes to meet specific requirements.
- Thoroughly conducting beta testing for all plugin and service releases. This includes user testing, functional tests, regression tests, and compatibility tests across various versions of WordPress and PHP, as well as with well-known third-party plugins.
- Evaluating performance, overseeing issue resolution efforts, and creating visual aids like screenshots or videos to showcase issue reproduction steps.
- Taking responsibility for updating and creating comprehensive tutorials and documentation.
- Proactively engaging in research activities.
- Skillfully managing customer support, promptly addressing and resolving escalated issues, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- Facilitating effective communication within the team, providing support and assistance to teammates through chat, audio, and video calls, promoting collaboration and a positive work environment.

- Creating and executing appropriate test cases across multiple environments.
- A strong understanding of user testing, functionality testing, regression testing, compatibility testing, and load testing.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
