Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive testing of websites, apps, and digital platforms to ensure flawless functionality and performance.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements and goals.

- Create, implement, and manage test plans, cases, and scripts for manual and automated testing.

- Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and inconsistencies, working closely with the development team to resolve them.

- Ensure that websites are optimized for different devices, browsers, and screen resolutions.

- Perform usability testing to ensure an optimal user experience.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in QA, website design, and development.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a QA Specialist in the design and website development industry.

- Strong understanding of website development workflows, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and design tools.

- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility testing.

- Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.

- Knowledge of various testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).

- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for UI/UX issues.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
