We are seeking a talented QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a QA Specialist focused on website and application design and development, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital products. You will work closely with our design and development teams to conduct comprehensive testing and identify any issues or bugs before the final release.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and designers to understand project requirements and timelines.

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for website and application projects.

• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of websites and applications.

• Identify, document, and track bugs and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and changes and to ensure the stability and reliability of software applications.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the quality of websites and applications.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA and web development.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

• 2-3 years of proven experience working as a QA Specialist or similar role, preferably in website and application development projects.

• Proven experience as a QA Specialist or similar role in website and application design and development.

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.

• Proficiency in using bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

• Must have own laptop/PC with internet availability.
