Qa Automation Engineer

Description:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools processes and development cycles.
Expertise tests and quality in agile method.
Experience in testing web application and mobile application (Android/iOS).
Good knowledge on Java and Web (JS, CSS, debugging tools) and applications (Android Studio)
Hands-on experience in automating scripts using Selenium/JMeter/Katalon.
A problem-solving attitude with excellent technical and communication skill.
Responsibilities:

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to share insight.
Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test cases and test scripts.
Refactor and extend test automation frameworks and suites as necessary.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities with cross functional teams.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs.
Monitor debugging process results.
Track quality assurance metrics defect densities and open defect counts.
