Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules to enhance business operations and improve workflow efficiency.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement custom Odoo solutions.
✔ Integrate third-party applications using APIs, ensuring smooth communication between different platforms.
✔ Utilize Git for version control and efficiently manage deployments on Odoo.sh.
✔ Troubleshoot and debug Odoo applications, ensuring optimal system performance and security.
✔ Optimize existing modules and create new features based on client and business needs.
✔ Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo updates and industry trends, implementing best practices in development.

Required Skills & Expertise:

✔ 3-4 years of proven experience in Odoo development, working on both Community and Enterprise versions (especially Community 10.0).
✔ Strong expertise in Python and Odoo’s framework, including ORM, Workflows, Reports, and Qweb Templates.
✔ In-depth knowledge of API integrations, third-party services, and data migrations.
✔ Experience in business process automation, particularly in finance, accounting, CRM, and inventory management (a plus).
✔ Proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, and database optimization techniques.
✔ Experience with Docker, Linux environments, and deployment strategies.
✔ Familiarity with Odoo.sh, debugging tools, and system performance optimization.
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, meeting project deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.
