Description:

Troon Technologies, a forward-thinking tech company located in I-9 Islamabad, is seeking a Python/AI Developer to join its growing AI and Machine Learning team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving real-world problems through innovative AI solutions and will bring hands-on expertise in a variety of areas, including chatbot development, NLP, computer vision, and LLMs.

This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements (onsite, remote, or hybrid), offering the opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge AI environment and work on high-impact projects from ideation to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI/ML solutions for diverse business use cases

• Work on a range of machine learning tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, NLP, computer vision, and time series analysis

• Build robust and scalable REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI

• Apply leading AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain in real-world deployments

• Handle data processing and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy

• Create insightful visualizations using Matplotlib and Seaborn

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including data engineers, designers, and product managers

• Contribute to chatbot development and conversational AI, particularly with experience in LLMs

• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and maintainability

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong command of Python and SQL

• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and their practical implementation

• Proven experience with Flask or FastAPI for API development

• Hands-on knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain

• Experience in handling and analyzing large datasets

• Proficient in data visualization libraries and effective data communication

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in chatbot development or LLM-based systems is highly recommended

Nice to Have:

• Experience deploying machine learning models to production environments

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Understanding of MLOps practices, vector databases, and LLM fine-tuning
