Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Script Development: Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Python, Selenium, and XPath.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, manual testers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver efficient automation solutions.

• Test Execution & Analysis: Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality and functionality.

• Bug Tracking: Identify, record, document, and track bugs.

• Framework Development: Develop and maintain automation frameworks for use across different projects.

• Optimization: Optimize existing test scripts for better performance and reliability.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to apply best practices in automation testing.

• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and testers.

• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development, focusing on automation using Selenium and XPath.

• Automation Knowledge: Strong understanding of automation frameworks and test design principles.

• Programming Skills: Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.

• CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Multitasking: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
