Qualification: Graduation

·Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for trims (e.g., zippers, buttons, labels, laces) and stitching accessories (e.g., threads, hooks, elastics).
·Explore cost-effective and innovative options while maintaining required quality standards.
·Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve the best value.
·Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in supplier contracts.
·Place purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
·Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials to avoid production delays.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality and reliable supply.
·Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure trims and accessories meet the required specifications.
·Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventories, and expenses.
·Stay updated with market trends, innovations in trims and stitching accessories, and competitive pricing.
