Pakistan Construction Chemicals (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring an experienced Projects Supervisor specializing in Industrial Coatings. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage projects related to protective and industrial coatings, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise and manage industrial coating projects from planning to completion.
✅ Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.
✅ Coordinate with teams, contractors, and clients to maintain project timelines.
✅ Conduct inspections for surface preparation, coating application, and curing.
✅ Maintain records of project progress, materials, and team performance.
✅ Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting on-site.
✅ Ensure compliance with environmental and industry regulations.
✅ Prepare progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ D.A.E (Civil) / Bachelor's / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
✔ Proven experience in industrial coatings projects (3-5 years in a supervisory role).
✔ Strong knowledge of coating systems (epoxy, polyurethane, protective coatings).
✔ Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and specifications.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✔ Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction and coatings.
