Facilitate effective project team and cross-functional interactions.
Initiate projects, determine project teams, identify goals, and map out deliverables to drive projects to successful execution.
Perform project risk assessments to ensure team deliverables are being appropriately tracked and met, including managing mitigation plans.
Identify and potentially escalate project issues to ensure effective resolution in a timely manner.
Evaluate the impact of project activities/deliverables across the team portfolio and where there may be points of synergy or conflict.
Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders and management.
Ensure and support effective project related decision making.
Develop and implement metrics for project performance.
Work closely with project team leaders, cross functional team members and functional leadership.
Cultivate strong working relationships with project team members and functional partners.
What We’re Looking For
2 – 3 years' experience in a related project management, technology, commercial field, or similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at verbal and written communication. Must clearly communicate complex ideas to varied audiences that include commercial, product, technology, legal, and senior leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferred experience with SmartSheet and Salesforce
Presentation skills (public speaking, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions and management levels)
Demonstrated success translating business objectives into detailed, actionable technology requirements.
