Description:
Techloyce is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project & Onboarding Associate to join its team in Lahore. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and efficient project management while working closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful software adoption and project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring clients transition smoothly and adopt the software successfully.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Provide support during onboarding, addressing client queries and ensuring any concerns are promptly resolved.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and project progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product development teams to optimize onboarding and project execution.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing internal workflows and client onboarding best practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in project management and client onboarding, ideally within a tech or SaaS company.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day workweek)
