Description:
In the role of Project Manager on the Post Sales Operations & Transformation team, you will serve as a strategic collaborator managing high impact projects with cross functional teams. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong connections with the departments, teams and stakeholders you are supporting. This involves understanding their requirements, evaluating business objectives, and assessing key metrics. Through proactive support and project ownership you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be supporting and collaborating with many Post Sales teams including Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Support, Implementation and Customer Education. We are seeking someone to join our team to bring experience and operational excellence, contributing to best-in-class execution on innovative projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying sizes and complexities related to or impacting teams within the Post Sales department
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scopes, and establish clear objectives and deliverables.
- Formulate Project Charter Documents and collaborate with stakeholders for signoff and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams outside of Post Sales as needed including Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Technical Enterprise Systems teams on project implementations to align on expectations and success metrics
- Identify project milestones, deliverables and risks
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project tasks are executed efficiently.
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify potential issues or obstacles, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Proactively monitor and drive project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive decisions to keep projects on track.
- Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders acting as a primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and up to date.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Using multiple streams of softwares for metrics tracking like Salesforce, Tableau or any other software to advise stakeholders on making data based decisions

- 4+ years of experience in project management
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, showing proactive initiative, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility for project outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and executives.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
- High Proficiency in articulating complex ideas clearly and succinctly through both written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated experience in Risk Management and mitigation planning
- Capacity and enthusiasm to thrive in fast-paced environments, adept at navigating through ambiguity.
- A collaborative team-oriented approach committed to achieving shared success across the department and company
- Willingness and ability to mentor junior team members on project management and PMP certification
- Proven track record in conducting comprehensive data analysis and generating insightful reports to support your project direction and outcomes
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience in the fleet management, telematics, or a related industry is a plus
